Two Jawans of the Seema Sashastra Bal (SSB), were injured after gun shots were heard in the Navyouga Engineering base camp at Banihal area in South Kashmir on Wednesday evening, police sources said.
They said that an ASI, Ram Parveshar Yadav suffered critical injuries while as two more troopers have also received bullet injuries. The injured have been rushed to nearby hospital, sources added.
Meanwhile, police sources are saying that the incident is being probed.
