Class work to remain suspended in six educational institutions of Srinagar tomorrow

 

Fearing protests against the killing of two LeT militants and two civilians in Hakripora Pulwama yesterday, authorities on Wednesday said that the class work will remain suspended at six educational institutions in Srinagar city tomorrow.

Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Lone said the class work will remain suspended in Amar Singh College, SP college, Gandhi College, Islamia College, SP Higher Secondary School (HSS) and MP HSS tomorrow.

He said that the decision has been taken to prevent law and order problems.

Pertinently, class work was suspended yesterday following protests against the killing of LeT commander Abu Dujana.
