One of the Special Police Officers, who was critically injured during mysterious firing in Doda district, today succumbed to his injuries at a hospital here.
“SPO Mohammad Younis this morning succumbed to his injuries in Government Medical College and Hospital here,” Police said.
Two SPOs were injured in a ‘mysterious firing’ in the hilly area of Tanta of Doda district of Jammu division.
However, police had yesterday ruled out any link to the militant attack.
