An important meeting of South Kashmir Private Schools Association (SKPSA) Zone Dooru and Verinag Anantnag was held at Greenhill Public School, Verinag.

The issues confronting private sector were discussed in detail and it was decided to make the Association strong so that the internal and external problems will be confronted jointly.

In the meeting it has been also decided to follow the guidelines of Joint Committee of Private Schools in letter and spirit and no School will submit any kind of Micropack regarding 5th to 9th exams till the issue resolved by the department. At the end SKPSA Zone Dooru/Verinag was reconstituted.

Mohammed Saeed (Zonal President), Aashiq A Najar (Zonal Secretary), Bashir Ahmad (Zonal Treasurer), Fayaz Ahmad (Zonal Co-ordinator) were elected as office bearers, a statement issued from SKPSA said.

Meanwhile, in another meeting of SKPSA Zone Bijbehara held at Cambridge Public School, Bijbehara, it was decided to follow the program of Joint Committee of Private Schools in letter and spirit. At the end SKPSA Zone Bijbehara was also reconstituted.

Rashid Majeed (Zonal President), Mohammed Ashraf (Zonal Secretary), Younus Saleem (Zonal Treasurer), Mohammed Imran (Zonal Co-ordinator) were elected to the committee.
