Dr Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, today took over the charge of Divisional Commissioner Jammu from Dr Pawan Kotwal who has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary Health and Medical Education Department.

  Welcoming Mr Bhandari for his new assignment, Kotwal apprised him about the functioning of the Divisional Commissioner Office and various other issues.

 Immediately after assuming the office Mandeep Bhandari took an introductory meeting with the officers and officials of his office and asked them to put their sincere efforts in providing quality services to the people.
