A man was held with one kilo gram brown sugar in frontier district Kupwara.
Sources said that Territorial Army personnel while frisking a man in Machhil area recovered one kilo gram brown sugar from him. The man who was handed over to police has been identified as Abdul Hamid Lone son of Muhammad Jaleel.
Confirming the incident, a police official said that a formal case has been registered against the accused.
