Malik, Mirwaiz condole demise of Lateef Lone’s father

Srinagar: JKFL chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik and Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq have condoled the demise of Wali Mohammad Lone of Chanapora, Srinagar.
In a statement Thursday, Malik expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of Lone who was the father of slain militant commander Lateef Ahmad Lone alias Chacha and uncle of JKLF well-wisher Ali Mohammad Lone.
Malik along with senior leaders Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi and Mohammad Sideeq Shah visited the residence of Lone and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family, the statement said.
It said Malik also condoled the demise of Zohaib Mushtaq Kuchay, son of JKLF senior member Mushtaq Ahmad Kuchay of Anantnag. Malik visited Anantnag and met Zohaib Mushtaq’s bereaved family and expressed solidarity with them. Senior JKLF leader advocate Bashir Ahmad Butt also rushed to Anantnag and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family. JKLF district president Mohammad Ishaaq Ganai, zonal deputy organizer Javed Ahmad Malik along with JKLF workers and activists participated in Zohaib’s funeral prayers.
Meanwhile, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has expressed profound grief over the demise of Wali Mohammad lone who was also the uncle of senior Hurriyat leader Zaffar Akbar Bhat and head of SKIMS’s Oncology Department Abdul Rashid Lone.
Expressing sympathy and solidarity with the family, Mirwaiz in his condolence message prayed for the deceased soul and called upon family to be patient in these testing times.
Meanwhile, a Hurriyat (M) delegation comprising Musadiq Adil, Advocate Shahid-ul-Islam, Hakim Abdul Rashid, Engineer Hilal Ahmad War, Abdul Rashid Untoo, and Imtiyaz Reshi visited the house of deceased and condoled the death of Wali Mohammad Lone.
