SRINAGAR: Spontaneous protests rocked inside Srinagar’s airport premises on late Wednesday when several flights were canceled by airport authorities.
Sources said that authorities announced the cancellation of several flights to different locations which prompted the passengers to protest who also smashed window panes and doors of the airport.
The passengers alleged that the flights were canceled after issuing boarding passes to them.
They also raised slogans against airport authorities and local police.
