Srinagar: People’s Democratic Party leader and brother of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Mufti Tassaduq Hussain has resigned from the post of Coordinator Chief Minister’s Grievance cell. Tassaduq addressed his resignation to the Chief secretary Bharat Bhusahan Vyas.
The move is seen as a step forward in the process of Tassaduq’s Nomination in a member of state Legislative Council. It is also believed that he would be subsequently inducted in the state cabinet and entrusted with the portfolio of Tourism.
