Two medical shops sealed
KULGAM: Police in Kulgam conducted inspections in Devsar, seizing and sealing two medical shops for serious violations of drug control laws.
Irfan Medical Store was seized for non-maintenance of records under Section 18 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, while Alshafa Medical Store was seized for violations under Section 22(d).
Additionally, two other shops were temporarily seized for CCTV non-compliance.
SSP Kulgam, Anayat Ali Choudhary, warned of strict action against violations and urged shop owners to follow legal standards to prevent misuse.
