SRINAGAR: On the eve of Herath, Inam Un Nabi, Chief Spokesperson of the Awami Itihaad Party (AIP), visited Kashmiri Pandit colonies across North Kashmir to greet families and extend his greetings on the auspicious occasion.
Interacting with community members, Inam Un Nabi said that Kashmiri Pandits and Muslims are each other’s heart and soul, bound by shared culture, language and history. He said Herath reflects Kashmir’s tradition of coexistence and mutual respect, which has endured despite hardships.
He assured the community that AIP will leave no stone unturned to ensure that all grievances of Kashmiri Pandits are addressed and resolved, adding that their dignity, security and rights remain a collective responsibility.
Residents welcomed the gesture and appreciated the message of unity and goodwill. Inam Un Nabi reiterated that AIP remains committed to peace, reconciliation and dignity for all communities in Jammu and Kashmir.
