Srinagar: Suspected militants Sunday lobbed a grenade on the house of National Conference leader, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat in Tral town of Pulwama.
Bhat is son of former MLA of Tral Mohammad Subhan Bhat. The grenade exploded at the main gate of the residence, reports said.
Reports added that one CRPF person has sustained injury in hand, adding that no one in the family was hurt. Forces have rushed to the attack spot.
This is the third attack in last four days in which residence of mainstream politicians was targeted, in south Kashmir.
