An army man was injured in a landmine blast in Keran sector of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday evening.
“Sepoy G Jagthi Sawaran 16 Madaras along with his colleagues was patrolling the mountain ridges near Khawaja Behak Post in Keran sector today evening when he stepped over a landmine laid by army to prevent infiltration, exploded with a bang”, a police officer told news agency Global News Service (GNS).
