A teen was found dead in an orchard in Aloosa village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district early Friday, police said.
The deceased was identified as Irshad Ahmad Chichi , 17, son of Muhammad Yousuf Chichi, resident of Halmatpora Aloosa.
An official said that the boy was found dead in an orchard near his house.
“The boy had run away from his home and had taken poison after some verbal duel with his family,” he said.
He said that after conducting post-mortem and all legal formalities the body was handed over to the family.
