Pulwama: SSP Pulwama Mohd Yousif-JKPS chaired a crime & security review meeting at District Police Lines Pulwama on Sunday. The meeting was attended by Addl. SP Pulwama, SP Hqrs Pulwama, DySP DAR, DySP PC Kakapora, SDPO Litter, SHOs, Incharge PPs of District Pulwama and IC Police Components.
SSP Pulwama urged the participants to address and resolve various challenges related to policing and security in the district. He emphasized the critical need to fortify the counter-insurgency and security grid across the district. He stressed the importance of taking decisive actions against individuals involved in anti-national activities and maintaining vigilant surveillance in areas of concern.
The officers were urged to make all possible efforts to fight against menace of drug abuse and work with dedication to prevent social crimes. SSP Pulwama emphasized upon the participating officers to ensure quantitative and qualitative disposal of under investigation criminal cases. All officers were instructed to adopt a public-centric approach and to ensure timely redressal of their grievances.
