Srinagar: Aamir Ali, OSD with Commissioner/Secy. to Govt Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj Dept. laid the foundation stone of Lane at Chareel Panchayat, in District Ramban, today, during the Jan Abhiyan of Pre-B2V4, in presence of Sarpanch Qaiser Hamid Prince and other Block Level officers.
