SRINAGAR: The Chinar Corps of the Indian Army celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga with remarkable enthusiasm and widespread participation on Sunday, with yoga sessions conducted across the Valley where Army personnel and local residents assembled in large numbers to partake in a collective pursuit of physical vitality and mental equilibrium.
The commemorative events, organised by the Chinar Corps in collaboration with local communities, witnessed an overwhelming response, underscoring the growing embrace of yoga as a transformative way of life.
Expert yoga instructors guided participants through a series of asanas and breathing exercises while elaborating on the profound physical, psychological, and emotional benefits of regular yoga practice.
