Omar govt committed to people’s welfare: Ahsan

SRINAGAR: Several delegations, party workers and functionaries met with the Vice Provincial President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference and MLA Lal Chowk, Ahsan Pardesi, at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subh on Monday.
The delegations raised a number of urgent concerns, including water scarcity, electricity shortages, ration supply issues, and the rising unemployment among educated youth challenges that have persisted for over a decade.
Delegation members commended Pardesi for his proactive approach on the ground and his continued efforts in addressing these pressing issues. They acknowledged his commitment to improving local infrastructure, including upgrading water supply, electricity, roads, and ration distribution systems.
In response to the grievances, Pardesi immediately contacted the concerned officials, ensuring the swift resolution of several issues on the spot.
While interacting with the delegations, Pardesi emphasized that the Omar Abdullah-led government remains steadfast in its commitment to people’s welfare.
