SRINAGAR: PSAJK organizes six-day workshop at Head Office Bemina Srinagar for implementation of NEP 2020 in private schools. The workshop focused on the teaching-learning process as per NEP 2020, how to use experiential learning of the child, focusing on conceptual learning and learning outcomes in classroom situations.
The teachers were equipped with new skills and new techniques of assessment for children reading at different classes.
The teachers were made aware about various lesson planning methods and how to handle different children in the classroom.
The teachers were taught how to conduct child profiling, which will help the teacher to understand the child.
The participants were enthusiastic to know new techniques of teaching. They requested for extension of the workshop; however, the program was designed for six days only.
The participants were awarded certificates at the end of the programme.
The President of JKPSA, Dr Baba Nazrul Islam, distributed certificates in the presence of the experts who gave training: Mr. Mohammad Amin Beigh (Ex-CEO), Dr. Mohammad Iqbal (Ex-Lecturer), and Mr. Hilal Ahmad Gellar (Ex-HOD DIET)
