Srinagar: The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Tuesday transferred to its two senior administrative officers. The postings have been ordered with immediate effect.
According to an order copy, Joginder Singh Rai, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Special Secretary with Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.
Similarly, Abdul Khabir, JKAS, Special Assistant with Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department, the order reads.
