Srinagar: The Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, hosted an ‘At Home’ reception on the 78th Independence Day today.
On the occasion, the Lt Governor interacted with the family members of martyrs, freedom fighters, ex-Servicemen, achievers and citizens of the Union Territory and exchanged Independence Day greetings.
Meanwhile Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar hosted ‘At Home’ reception here in connection with Independence Day celebration at Convention Centre Jammu.
The Advisor interacted with the attendees and exchanged Independence Day greetings.
Divisional Commissioner, Ramesh Kumar; ADGP Jammu Anand Jain, Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sachin Kumar Vaishya, former Legislators, besides senior officers/ officials from various departments were present on the occasion.
The ‘At Home’ was also attended by serving and retired senior civil and police officers, representatives of Political Parties, Market Associations, media persons and prominent citizens.
