Poonch: A youth hanged himself, resulting in his on spot death in Mendhar area of Poonch district, sources said on Tuesday morning.They said that one Mohammad Rukhsar, son of Mohammad Gafoor, a resident of Kasblari in Mendhar, took his life after hanging himself at his home.
