BANDIPORA: The Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) and EJAC on Saturday organized a heartfelt farewell to Farooq Ahmad Rather, the headmaster of Govt Girls High School Hajin, on the occasion of his superannuation after 34 years of dedicated service in the education department.
The farewell ceremony was attended by various dignitaries including Principal Higher Secondary School Hajin Mehboob Ahmad, HOI Vijpara Farooq Ahmad, HOI GMS Abdul Aziz, HOI Gulshanabad Mohammad Shafi, and Chief Spokesperson of JKTF Mir Bashir Ahmad, along with officials from the education department.
During the event, speakers lauded the significant contributions of Farooq Ahmad Rather to the education department and extended their congratulations on his retirement. Farooq Ahmad Rather expressed gratitude to all his colleagues for their support and cooperation throughout his tenure.
As a token of appreciation and affection, several mementos were presented to the retiring Headmaster. Chief spokesperson JKTF Mir Bashir Ahmad conveyed his best wishes to Farooq Ahmad Rather for his future endeavors and wished him a healthy and prosperous post-retirement life.
