Pampore: Two persons received burn injuries in a fire incident that broke out at the spare parts shop in Saffron Town Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday evening.
Two persons including a shop owner sustained burn injuries after the gas cylinder reportedly exploded in the spare parts shop at Letterbal Kadlabal area of Pampore, locals told Kashmir Reader.
Officials from the Fire and Emergency Services Pampore immediately rushed to spot and controlled the fire.

The injured persons were identified as Muzamil Nabi son of Ghulam Nabi Ganaie and Musharaf Ahmad Mir, son of Mohammad Yaseen, both residents of Drangbal Pampore.
Soon after the incidents, Pampore Police and locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to a nearby hospital where from the duo were referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment, SDPO Pampore Krishan Rattan told Kashmir Reader.
On getting information, the police team from the police station rushed to the spot and informed the Department of Fire and Emergency Services Pampore.
The fire was later brought under control by fire tenders with the help of Police Pampore and locals.
Police have taken cognisance of the matter, he said.
