BANDIPORA: In order to ensure smooth functioning and quality healthcare services at the District Hospital (DH) Bandipora, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr Owais undertook a surprise visit during late hours on Saturday. The visit was aimed to assess the working scenario, infrastructure, and patient care standards at the hospital.
Dr Owais on the spot inspected all the wards in the hospital and received feedback from the patients regarding the treatment provided to them. He also checked the duty roaster of the official and doctors on duty.
The DC Bandipora directed the medical superintendent to ensure quality healthcare facilities in the hospital. He directed hospital authorities to ensure that the daily duty roaster is followed strictly so that patient care does not suffer.
