J&K Bank organises customer meet at Hajin

Hajin: Continuing with its outreach program for clients to seek their feedback and suggestions, J&K Bank Hajin branch on Saturday organised the first-ever ‘customers meet’ at the zonal level with its clients from the Hajin division.
Zonal Head Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat chaired the interactive meet with Hajin division’s customers in the presence of MC Chairman Hajin Irshad Ahmad Wani, SDPO Hajin Ramiz Rashid, Principal GDC Hajin Zahoor Ahmad, Branch Manager Hajin Asif Raja, President Auqaf Committee Hajin Al Haj Ghulam Nabi, Traders Federation Hajjn Mushtaq Ahmad, Representative from PNB metlife insurance and other senior officers.
Prominent customers from the business community and civil society were present on the occasion.
Expressing his pleasure to the guests for gracing the occasion, Zonal Head Baramulla J&K Bank Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat said, “I feel happy to have you all here as our most valuable clients. As an institution with a great legacy of empowerment, we have always been there for you through thick and thin times. Reiterating the bank’s commitment to ensure inclusiveness in its approach towards society, Zonal Head told the participants, “We are here to get a firsthand account of your problems and issues. We are partners and like a family we have forged strong relationships with each other. As our success hinges on each other’s progress, it is our primary duty as an institution to meet all your genuine expectations.”
While putting forth their issues and demands like CRM machine, ATM machine and new branch; the customers who attended the program appreciated the bank’s workforce for extending good customer service.
The customers thanked the bank for arranging the ‘customers meet’ which was chaired by Zonal Head. They hoped that more such interactions will take place in the future to strengthen the relations further.
