Bandipora: A high-level meeting regarding some issues pertaining to Deptt of Education was conducted at Conference Hall Mini Secretariat Bandipora under the chairmanship of Chief Education Officer Bandipora o Mr Abdul Majeed Dar on Thursday.
The agenda points discussed in the meeting were the Annual Transfer Drive, vacancies in the Education department, the performance of the private schools, implementation of the JK Smart Attendance App and Samiksha Portal, uploading the status of Migratory Students, information in connection with Manak Awards and Toycathon
All the Principals, Zonal Education Officers, Headmasters and Caretakers were present in the meeting to discuss various issues in the light of the agenda. Earlier Dy Chief Education Officer Bandipora Mr Mohammad Rafeeq Paray welcomed the officers present in the meeting.
He also highlighted the issues pertaining to the department.
In his presidential address, Chief Education Officer Bandipora thanked all the participants and discussed with them the points with regard to the agenda presented in the meeting. He also threw light on the importance of the NEP 2020 in the present scenario.
Mir Irfan Maqbool Nodal Officer JK Smart Attendance and Samiksha Portal presented and discussed the agenda points in threadbare. He also deliberated the issues related to JK Attendance and Samiksha Portal.
Other dignitaries who spoke on the occasion were Nasir Hussain Peerzada Principal Hss Chuntimulla and ZEO Bandipora Mohammad Syed Shah.
They put forth their valuable suggestions regarding the development of educational scenarios in the district.
On the occasion, the book entitled Tarkeeb i Nehvi Aur Deegar Mukhtasar Asbab i Urdu, written by M. Yaseen Qadri Hoi Hs, Ganastan was also released by CEO Bandipora.
Dr A.M Nishtar Principal HSS Shahgund presented a vote of thanks and the proceedings were carried on by Dr Reyaz ul Hassan, Distt Cultural Coordinator, CEW CEO Bandipora.
