Wazwan – the Royal Feast restaurant inaugurated at Tral

PAMPORE: Two youths – Sajad Ahmad Malla and Khalid Riyaz Shah – set up a quality restaurant in south Kashmir’s Tral Sub Division, creating employment for 15 youths in the area.
The first-of-its-kind Wazwan, the Royal Feast restaurant, was inaugurated on Wednesday during an impressive function. It is located at Reshi Complex, Tral Town, opposite Masjid Umar.
“The restaurant is managed by professional cooks and guarantees pure, authentic and quality Kashmiri Wazwan and other delicacies like chicken biryani, mutton biryani, tea, coffee, etc”, Sajad told Kashmir Reader. “My aim is to take quality and hygienic food to every corner of Tral.”
Traders Federation Kashmir president Mohammad Yaseen Khan, Citizens Council Tral chairman Farooq Ahmad Trali, civil society members, police officials, MC Tral chairman and other dignitaries attended the inaugural function. A number of people from different walks of life were also present.
Mohammad Yaseen Khan said this is the way of achieving success. “After education, you have to take up business start-ups to generate employment and don’t be a burden on anyone,” he said, adding that a quality restaurant has been set up in the Tral area.
Khan congratulated Sajad and his family for taking the initiative. On the occasion, he also said that senior citizens have a role in curbing drug addiction. “Mitigation of unemployment through business can also reduce drug addiction,” he said.
Farooq Ahmad Trali, said, “Today the largest restaurant was inaugurated in Tral. He said the Citizen Council Tral appreciates the educated youth for setting up their own business units.
He said the educated youth should set up their business units rather than run after government jobs.
At Wazwan, one can relish delicious food apart from holding functions.
