Hajin: Under Good Governance week Community Health Centre Hajin on Friday organised Free Medical camp at Hajin.
The free medical Camp was formally inaugurated by Chief medical officer Bandipora Dr.Bashir Ahmad ,BMO Hajjn Dr Aijaz Ahmad,Chairman z Hajin Irshad Ahmad Wani and other senior doctors.
CMO Bandipora Dr Bashir Ahmad while talking to reporters said that it necessary to organize health camps to connect the general public with health services and to reach the beneficiaries about the beneficial schemes of the health department.
He urged people to be health conscious and get their tests done in time and get treatment. Better health is our greatest asset.
On the occasion people were also given awareness regarding the Civil Registration system scheme and many other government schemes related to better health care.
He said that by organizing such events, the general public would be able to get information about the facilities available in the health department and they would be able to take advantage of them.
We will organise such camps in future as well .Dr Bashir said
CMO Bandipora has handed over golden cards among the beneficiaries on the occasion. Meanwhile Mega cleanliness drive was conducted in the premises of CHC Hajin by MC Hajin .
While speaking to reporters MC Chairman Irshad Ahmad Wani thanked department of health particularly CMO Bandipora ,BMO Hajin for organising such events for the betterment of common people .
He urged people to take part in government schemes to get benefit.
