BUDGAM: The Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Budgam today celebrated ‘World Rabies Day’ 2022 under the theme ‘One Health, Zero Death’s’ at KVK Budgam Campus, here.
A total of 50 participants from different areas of the district attended the programme.
Dr. Mir Nadeem Hassan (Scientist Animal Science) KVK Budgam presented a detailed PowerPoint presentation on Rabies, its prevention and control. He also emphasized on one health approach in order to reduce deaths due to Rabies to zero by 2022.
During the programme, detailed interaction on the topic was also held with the participants and their queries were answered on spot by the experts.
The programme was also attended by the Scientists/Technical staff of this Kendra.
