PAMPORE: The J&K National Conference President, and Member Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah and Member Parliament from Anantnag Hasnain Masoodi on Monday visited Butt Family in Pampore to pay condolences to Haji Abdul Rashid Butt on the demise of his wife.
Sharing the grief of the bereaved family, particularly Haji Abdul Rashid Butt, Dr Farooq Abdullah and Hasnain Masoodi prayed for peace to the departed soul in the highest echelons of Jannat. They also prayed for strength to the bereaved to bear the irreparable loss.
They also offered Fatiha for the deceased on the occasion.
Haji Abdul Rashid Butt son of late Haji Mohammad Sultan Butt, resident of Namblabal Pampore, is well known personality from Pampore.
Haji Mohamad Sultan Butt was a leading Saffron trader in the valley.
Farooq Abdullah participated in the Fatiha Khawani and asked special prayers for the deceased. He expressed heartfelt sympathies with Haji Abdul Rashid Butt on sudden death of his wife.
Wife of Haji Abdul Rashid Butt passed away after brief illness on late Thursday night at SKIMS Soura, Srinagar.
