PAMPORE: A National Lok Adalat was held under the supervision of Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore Junaid Imtiyaz Mir (KCS Judicial) on Saturday at the court complex Pampore in which 73 cases including civil and criminal were disposed off and an amount of 13,99,000 released from the violators as fine.
Officials told Kashmir Reader that Under the supervision of DLSA Pulwama, a National Lok Adalat was held at the Munsiff Court Complex Pampore.
The bench was presided over by Chairman TLSC Pampore Mr Junaid Imtiaz Mir (Muncif JMIC Pampore) and Bench Member Adv. Aijaz Ahmad Khan Bar President Bar Association Pampore wherein various cases of different nature were considered and after due consideration a total of 73 cases were disposed off and an amount of Rs. 13,99,000 was realised as fine settlement amount out of which Rs. 14,000 as fine in various criminal cases and Rs. 13,85,000 as settlement amount in cheque bounce cases, besides civil matters were also adjudicated upon and resolved through the intervention of the bench.
Bar Association members, Advocates, prominent citizens and other officials were also present on the occasion.
