Baramulla: Subscribers of private telecommunication company Airtel have complained about erratic calling and internet service in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
The subscribers said they are facing both the call connectivity and internet problem due to poor service at Iqbal Colony Pattan for the last many months.
They said that they cannot make calls and during emergencies they have to change location to get mobile connectivity for making a single call or browsing internet applications.
Inayat Ahmad, a local resident of Iqbal colony Pattan said that hundreds of airtel subscribers have been facing tremendous hardships due to poor internet connectivity services.
The locals appealed to top executives of the cellular company to look into the matter and redress their genuine grievances at the earliest.
