Srinagar: 32nd Management Committee Meeting was held by Extension Education Institute Nilokheri at SKUAST-Kashmir, Shalimar Campus, Srinagar. The management committee was Chaired by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor SKUAST-Kashmir, Prof.Nazir Ahmad Ganai and Vice-Chancellor CCSHAU, Hissar Prof. B.R. Kamboj Chairman Management Committee. As a part of the general mandate of the Institute the management committee meeting was organized at SKUAST-Kashmir, Srinagar. Director Extension, SKUAST-Kashmir Prof.Dil Mohammad Makhdoomi including Scientific staff from Directorate of Extension were present during the meeting.
After welcoming the participants, the agenda items of the meeting were taken up by Dr.Nasib Singh, Regional Director, EEI Nilokheri, where in the agenda items of 32nd meeting were resolved with general house consensus. The followup action on the proceedings of previous meeting were resolved and noted by the members of the committee with observations under identified agenda items. It was resolved that documentation and replication of success stories be done in future on priority. Besides training programmes be done in collaboration with SKUAST-Kashmir. All the members of the committee gave their input while addressing during the meeting.
Prof.Nazir Ahmad Ganai Vice-Chancellor SKUAST-Kashmir in his special address during the meeting highlighted the developmental activities of the University and in general focused on New Education Policy of the country.
Prof.Dil Mohammad Makhdoomi Director Extension showed his gratitude towards the authorities of Extension Education Institute Nilokheri for organizing such type of high level meeting at SKUAST-Kashmir besidesthanked all the participants for sharing their views during the meeting which ended with vote of thanks to the chair.
