To focus on ration donation in Ramadan

Srinagar: The Team Red concluded its brief plantation drive which was kicked off by General Secretary Sarmad Nasir Wani last week.
Today Team Red Managing Secretary Muazzam Mehraj led a group of members Including Mohammad Muzaffar Khan, Mubashir Khawaja, Adnan Faried and others.
In District Srinagar, the team planted saplings in the Hawal, Bagh e Ali Mardan Khan, Lal Bazar belt. Locals appreciate the activity and participated in the drive. Some locals even pledged to look after the newly planted saplings.
In District Budgam as well, The team planted tree saplings in local areas of Chadoora. Ronaq Rasheed & Faisal were part of the plantation drive.
Team Red Officials stated that, we will be focussing more on our massive Ramadan Ration Donation Drive like every year in the pious month of ramadan. This year also, we will be providing basic Month-Ration-Kits to families who are in desparate need of the same. We have formulated a team of volunteers for extensive survey and for smooth process so as to identify and cater the deserving families
It is pertinent to mention that Team Red never takes any monetary funding from outside, the members within themselves collect items like – Rice, Flour, Salt, Pulses, Etc. and then make ration kits out of the items collected from themselves and the families of the members.
