PAMPORE: Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din organised a public Darbar cum grievance redressal camp at Government High School Ladhoo and listen to public grievances of scores of people and issued on spot issued directions to the concerned officials for early redressal of the raised grievances.
The Durbar witnessed huge response wherein large number of people from Ladhoo and adjoining villages apprised the Tehsildar Pampore with their grievances, demands and issues of public importance
The camp was attended by AEE PHE Nawaz Ahmad, AEE Flood control department Faisal Farooq, TSO Pampore Ayash Farooq, PDD, RDD, Education, Agriculture and other concerned departments.
A large number of people from various villages along with their delegations, prominent civil society and Auqaf members participated in the day long Awami Darbar.
During the camp delegation from Ladhoo, Mandukpal and adjoining areas raised various issues which included repairing of roads, drinking water, power, sports stadium and other issues of public importance.
The Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din assured that all their genuine demands shall be taken up for redressal. On spot essay writing competition were also held, prizes were distributed among the position holders by the Tehsildar.
Anti enchroachment drive at Bonpora Ladhoo carried out by Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din to evict 23 kanals of Kahcharai land. The land is to be utilized for construction of playground for the village, for which matter has been taken up with Rural Development Department, Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din told Kashmir Reader.
Tehsildar Pampore also organised on the Spot Painting Competition at Government Higher Secondary Ladhoo. Over 100 Students from all across the Tehsil participated in the said Competition.
The students were asked to paint on a theme of their choice. Results were declared on the spot and Ten toppers were provided appreciation certificates and Momentos.
The initiative has been started by Tehsil Office Pampore to motivate and encourage the students that have joined the Classwork after a long time.
A Plantation drive and launch of Go Green Ladhoo initiative by Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din along with volunteers of Go Green Pampore, Khrew and Khonmoh, Tehsildar said.
