Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil provides interim relief to fire victims

Srinagar: Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil and its incarcerated head Mirwaiz Umar Farooq expressed deep sorrow, shock and regret over the horrific incidents of separate fires in several important places and residential areas including Jammu and Srinagar and the loss of precious human lives as well as damage to dozens of residential houses and properties.
The affected areas include Parimpora Srinagar, Hamza Colony Batamaloo, Jammu Residency Road and Dalgate.
Expressing heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with the victims, the Darul Khair has appealed to the aid and welfare agencies for immediate relief and rehabilitation of the victims so that they can get out of the critical situation and start a normal life.
The statement said that 4 persons were burnt to death on the spot and 14 others were seriously injured in a horrific fire incident near Residency Road in Jammu is extremely sad and painful.
The Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil has expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of those killed in this tragedy, and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured.
According to a statement issued here by the Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, on the directions of Mirwaiz a delegation of the organisation lead by Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon distributed Rice, blankets , Rice coolers and Kitchen Kits among the sufferers as interim relief and also expressed sympathy to those whose houses gutted in the deadly blaze.
Darul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil right since its inception has been providing immediate support to poor, destitute, needy and also the suffers of natural calamities including floods and fire.
