In Pampore 78 cases disposed

PAMPORE: A National Lok-Adalat was held on Saturday at Munsif Court Pampore area of Pulwama district in which seventy eight cases including civil and criminal were disposed off and an amount of rupees twelve lakh and twenty thousand has been recovered from the violators, violating the Motor Vehicle Acts (MVA) as fine.
A National Lok-Adalat was held at in premise of Court of Civil Judge Muncif Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Pampore in which a bench was constituted which was presided over by Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore Junaid Imtiaz Mir (KCS Judicial) and was assisted by Bar President Ajaz Ahmad Khan in which 101 cases were taken up out of which 78 have been disposed off and fine for an amount of Rs. 12,20,000/= was recovered from the violators, violating the Motor Vehicle Acts and in Criminal matters. Besides civil matters were also taken up and resolved through the intervention of National Lok-Adalat Bench, officials told Kashmir Reader.
A number of senior and junior advocates of Bar Association Pampore, prominent citizens and other officials were also present on the occasion.
