Ganderbal: The SSP Ganderbal on Saturday felicitated two girl students of Class 12th for topping the Class 12th exams in the Kashmir valley.
Officials said that the SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borkar-IPS felicitated Shah Ribka daughter of Mohammad Shafi Shah and Mehvish Mushtaq daughter of Mushtaq Ahmad Ganie for achieving 3rd and 4th Postion respectively in Kashmir Valley. Both the position holders were presented with a cash reward and certificate of excellence.
DySP DAR Ganderbal Muzaffar Jan-JKPS and DySP HQRs Abdul Majid-JKPS were present on the occasion.
SSP Ganderbal while interacting with the meritorious students congratulated them for their brilliant performance which resulted in their remarkable success.
SSP also hoped that they would inspire other students to excel in their studies and academics in future. Moreover, the role of the teachers, parents and guardians in their achievement was also appreciated.
Police officials said the objective of the event was to encourage meritorious students in the field of academics to boost their courage for further participation in competitive and National level exams.
