MEI Pampore tops 12th class results in Pampore education zone, other schools do fairly well

PAMPORE: Among eight Higher Secondary schools in Pampore education zone leading english medium Higher Secondary school Muslim Education Institution Pampore topped the results of 12th class examinations with pass percentage of 96.3 declared on Tuesday by JKBOSE.
The other higher secondary schools of education zone Pampore also performed fairly well in 12th class examinations, education officials told Kashmir Reader.
Official data accessed by Kashmir Reader reads that three higher secondary schools have recorded a result of more than 80 percent which include Muslim Education Institute Pampore (96.3%) Skylight Higher Secondary School Pampore (88.7%) and Government Boys Higher secondary School Pampore(81%).
Government Girls Higher Secondary school Pampore, Government Boys Higher Secondery School Khrew, Government Girls Higher secondary school Khrew and Government Higher Secondary School Lethpora recorded result of more than 70 percent while Government Higher Secondary School Samboora and Government Higher Secondary School Ladhoo secured above 50 percent.
Principals of both boys wing and girls wing Muslim Education Institution Pampore appreciated his staff members, faculty and students for the performance and congratulated them.
“This is one of the leading institution of South Kashmir, we have 131 students who appeared in 12th Class examinations among them we got 4 positions, as for science stream is concerned, Aiman Amin and Hashim Hilal got 4th position, Mir Saqi Arsilaan 8th and Faizan Ahmad 10th position,” Principal MEI Girls wing Zeenat told Kashmir Reader, adding that their school recorded a pass percentage of 96.03 percent.
She added that out of 131 students, 126 passed and 05 have reappear.
She said that the students performed brilliantly with
101 getting distinctions, 25 1st positions and 5 second positions.
” For the past 2 and half years we have been in COVID, the faculty members turned on and off between physical and virtual class, I am thankful to my faculty because with out them it was not possible to get great results,” she said.
MEI Principal boys wing Syed Shabir congratulated all faculty members, management, students and coordinator for the brilliant performance.
He also advised reappear students not to lose hope and work hard to excel in their careers.
