Bandipora: Bandipora police continuing its drive against the drug peddlers arrested 2 drug peddlers in Hajin Bandipora.
Acting on specific information, the Police Party of Police Station Hajin led SHO P/S Hajin Inspector Zahoor Ahmad under the supervision of SDPO Hajin Sh. Latief Ahmad , laid a Naka at Hajin Bridge and arrested 02 drug peddlers namely Muzaffar Ahmad Bhat and Sajjad Ahmad Bhat both residents of Yarbalpora Hakabara Hajin and recovered contraband substance charas weighing about 150 Gms from his possession.
In this regard, Case FIR under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Hajin and further Investigation has been taken up.
General Public is requested to come forward with any information regarding drug peddlers in their neighbourhood. Persons found indulging in drug peddling will be dealt strictly as per law.
