Srinagar: Director Agriculture Kashmir Chowdhary Mohammad Iqbal unfurled the flag in the lawns of Agriculture Directorate Lalmandi, Srinagar, in presence of gathering of Directorate staff to celebrate the 73rd Republic Day.
Director Agriculture was the chief guest on the occasion. The attendees included various divisional and sectoral officers of the Department and the staff of Agriculture Directorate.
Director Agriculture Kashmir Chowdhary Mohammad Iqbal while addressing the staff members congratulated them on the occasion of Republic Day. He praised the Directorate staff for their enthusiastic participation in the function. He also highlighted some of the remarkable achievements by the Department in the last year.
Meanwhile the Republic Day was also celebrated in the premises of Department’s all the District and sub Division headquarters.
