Apni Party delegation visits Hamdaniya Colony in Budgam Constituency

SRINAGAR: A delegation of Apni Party Leadership led by Party State Secretary and District President Budgam Muntazir Mohi-ud-din on Monday visited Hamdania Colony in Budgam Constituency.
He was also accompanied by Party District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh and ST Wing Secretary Khalid Bhadana.
In a statement issued here, Muntazir Mohi-ud-din said that the local inhabitants raised various issues pertaining to deplorable drainage systems in the area and requisite installation of electricity transformer.
“We have interacted with the people here who are suffering immensely due to the administrative apathy. Their demand for repairing the drainage system is genuinely justified as the locals including other pedestrians have to face huge troubles especially during rains or snow. The administration must come to their rescue at an earliest,” he said.
Muntazir also said that while the power clampdowns are creating inconvenience to the people of J&K in general during this winter season, the unavailability of an appropriate voltage transformer is keeping the area under dark. “It is a moral incumbency of PDD to look into their matter of utmost concern so that their sufferings are mitigated and adequate power supply is provided to the local residents,” he added.
He assured them their pleas will be raised with the concerned authorities. The people present on the occasion thanked the party leadership and lauded their people centric approach.
