REASI: District administration Reasi has retrieved 2536 kanal state during the month of November 2021 by conducting a sustained anti-encroachment drive across the district.
As per Revenue department, the anti encroachment drive was carried out by Tehsildars to vacate the state land and Roshni Land in different parts of the district.
The revenue teams retrieved 260 kanal land in Tehsil Arnas 443 kanal in Tehsil Thakrakote; 192 kanal in in tehsil Reasi; 143 kanal 4 marla in tehsil Chassana; 88 kanal in tehsil Bhomag; 508 kanal in tehsil Thuroo; 402 kanal 9 marlas in tehsil Pouni and 500 kanal in tehsil Mahore.
The State land was retrieved from the illegal possession of encroachers by the Revenue Department on the direction of Deputy Commissioner Charandeep Singh.
