SRINAGAR: The Term End Examination of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is likely to commence from 20th January 2022 and will conclude on 22nd February 2022. I
In this regard IGNOU has been activated online for submission of the examination form by the student for December 2021 Term End Examination. IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar has established 32 examination centers in different parts of Kashmir valley under the jurisdiction of Regional Centre Srinagar. Regional Director, IGNOU, Regional Centre Srinagar Dr. Kamlesh Meena said after seeing the prevailing situations and climatic conditions in the valley, more examination centres have been established than earlier. In the last Term End Examination the total number of established examination centres were 26 and for this current Term End Examination session the new more established examination centres are Gandhi Memorial College, Baba Demb, Khanyar, Srinagar Examination Centre Code 30020, Abdul Ahad Azad Memorial Degree College, Bemina Examination Centre Code 30210601, Govt. Degree College, Bijbehara, Anantnag Examination Centre Code 30001, Govt. Degree College Women, Kupwara Examination Centre Code 30002, Govt. Degree College for Women, Pulwama Examination Centre Code 30030 and Govt. Degree College, DH Pora, Kulgam Examination Centre Code 30027. Regional Centre Srinagar has already the LSC in all districts in valley with the establishment of examination centres like in Srinagar (Amar Singh College, S.P. College, Womens College, Gandhi College, Bemina Degree College) Anantnag (GDC Anantnag, GDC Women Anantnag) Kulgam (GDC Kulgam) Shopian (GDC Shopian) Pulwama (GDC Pulwama, GDC Women Pulwama) Baramulla (GDC Baramulla, GDC Sopore) Kupwara (GDC Kupwara, GDC Women, Kupwara) Ganderbal (GDC Ganderbal), Bandipora (GDC Bandipora).
The date of submission of online examination form for December 2021 Term End Examination is 17th November 2021 to 15th December 2021 with Rs 200/- per course Theory courses/ Practical and labs courses. Submission of examination forms with late fee 1100/- plus 200/- per course is from 16th December 2021 to 31st December 2021 in online mode only. The University tried to accommodate the students in the exam centre opted by them, however the University has the right to shift the examinees from one examination centre to another examination centre due to COVID-19 protocol.
Dr. Kamlesh Meena, Regional Director, RC Srinagar urged that all instructions and guidelines in regard of submission of online examination form available on IGNOU official website www.ignou.ac.in and learners are advised to submit their examination forms through online portal of IGNOU which is https://exam.ignou.ac.in/ in the official website of IGNOU.
Note: – Special instructions for submission of Examination form are as: Registration for the courses is valid and not time barred, Required number of assignments in the courses must have been submitted by due date wherever applicable as per the provision of your programme, Have completed minimum time to pursue these courses as per the provision of the Programme: The clash of exam dates/session will not be considered in the following cases: The courses are from the same groups (Group-1 to Group-6) as the exam of courses in a particular group is conducted on same date and time, The courses are backlog courses, The courses are from different Programmes, In MP Programmes, courses from different specialization.
