SRINAGAR: The Vice Chairman, J&K Lakes Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA) today flagged off Fuel browser from Dockyard, here.
Superintending Engineer, Executive Engineer, Mechanical and others officers of the Authority were present at the occasion.
It was informed that the LCMA through its Mechanical wing has procured 2.5KL vehicle mounted Fuel browser along with computerized Dispensing unit for proper maintenance of constant fuel supply required for Lake cleaning machines.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Chairman that the Authority needed it for having fool proof inbuilt mechanism for automatic, proper maintenance of log, besides, ensuring transparency. By its procurement the authority has done away with cumbersome method of procurement of HSD in piece meals in canisters, he added.
