Tehsil admin Pampore distributes 3000 income certificates

PAMPORE: Income Certificate distribution mela under the supervision of Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din was organised on Tuesday at the office of Tehsildar Pampore for students who need them to apply for various scholarships.
The mela was held on the direction of Deputy Commissioner Pulwama Baseer-Ul-Haq Choudhary, a grand Income Certificates mela was organised by Tehsil office Pampore under the supervision of Tehsildar Pampre Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din at Tehsil office Pampore especially for student aiming to avail scholarship benefits, officials told Kashmir Reader.
During the day long Income certificate camp three thousand certificates were distributed among students and other people without any delay.
A large number of students from town and dozens of villages turned up in the mela and availed the benefit of the grand mela .
The event ran from morning at 09 am till 06 in the evening.
The team including Naib Tehsildar Pampore Mohammad Ameen, Naib Tehsildar Khrew Bashir Ahmad, Revenue Official Mir Murwat Hussain, concerned Patwaies and other field staff of Tehsil office Pampore.
The students belonging to two dozen areas including Namblabal, Drangbal, Frestabal, Khankahbagh, Kadlabal, Patalbagh, Samboora, Aloochibagh, Lethpora, Chandhara, Konibal, Lalpora, Meej, Befina, Wuyan, Munpora, Dusoo, Andrusoo, Ladhoo, Mandakpal, Shar Shali and other Khrew areas.
Locals hailed the effort of Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din and his team for organising .
” Hundreds of income certificates were issued to students who would require them to apply for different scholarship schemes,” locals said, adding that they appreciate getting these income certificates without any trouble.
Tehsildar Pampore said, adding that such a mela had already been held at Khrew a few days ago.
He said that the aim of the Mela is to issue income certificates to students, particularly for scholarship purposes.
” The Mela has been held to ease the process as students had to visit Patwari, Girdawar and then Tehsildar which would waste their time and money,” he said.
He added that the Mela was held for students belonging to block Pampore and around 3000 were issued in the day long mela in the tehsil.
