60 allotted to various deptts.

ANANTNAG: In pursuance to the directives issued by Lieutenant Governor regarding rational utilisation and allocation of vacant public buildings, the district administration Anantnag has allotted sixty (60) vacant buildings to RDD, ICDS, Health, Revenue and other departments.
An order to this effect was issued by the District Development Commissioner, Dr. Piyush Singla on Friday, here.
The fresh allocation has been made in response to the requisition received from various departments after they ascertained the feasibility of utilization of these buildings.
Further, the respective heads of allottee sectors have been asked to take over the possession of allotted buildings immediately.
The move will further enhance the smooth functioning of various government sectors in the district.
