Kupwara: At least nine people were injured in a road mishap in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday morning.
A Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK09-1093 skidded of from the road near Budnamal area of Chowkibal in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday morning resulting the injury of at least nine people who were shifted to nearby health centre Kralpora where from some injured were shifted to SDH Kupwara for advanced treatment.
The injured were identified as Gulam Rasool Lone 70, Gulam Mohammad Lone 55, Gulam Hassan Lone 60, Gazila Manzoor 19, Shahid Iqbal Lone 25, Zahida Begum 35, Gulam Mohammad Sheikh 55, Anaytaullah Lone 20 and Ghulam Mohuiddin Pir 46 residents of Budnamal Kupwara.
