BARAMULLA: A teen aged girl was electrocuted to death in Tangmarg area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday evening.
Khushboo Akhter daughter of Abdul Majeed Wani was cooking food at her home in Ratnipora village when she received a serious electric shock. She was shifted to a nearby hospital, where she was declared dead. Soon after the incident a team of police station Kunzar reached the spot and took the body into their custody for legal formalities, later the body was handed over to family for last rites. A case has been registered in this regard.
